In the Chaudière-Appalaches region, 150 km from Quebec City, there is a pretty village called Beaulac-Garthby, which stands on the shores of Ward Bay, a widening of Lake Aylmer.

As for fans or true cycling buffs, know that the Lake Aylmer Cycling Tour takes place every year in August and offers two courses, recreational or competitive.
