Description of the neighborhood

The house is located in a private domain surrounded by red and white pines.
We have installed a sign to help you find La Villa Saint Laurent.
We have also created a new location for an outdoor fireplace with logs and Adirondack chairs to seat up to ten people.We are neighbors of the renowned Le Manoir Richelieu golf course which offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the river. We even have hiking trails and snowshoe trails in the heart of the area.
The map of all the hiking trails in Charlevoix will be provided to you with pleasure.
How to get around in the area

Tourist activities and attractions :
Enjoy the fresh air and views of the river, the numerous hiking trails in the region, go whale watching, go kayaking and go to St-Irénée beach for a horseback ride in summer. Take out your snowshoes and enjoy the proximity of the Les Sources Joyeuses outdoor center (10 minutes), Mont Grand-Fonds (28 minutes) and the Massif (50 minutes) de la Petite-rivière for skiing and sledding, discover the surrounding restaurants, the casino (8 minutes) and the art galleries or enjoy the concerts at Domaine Forget (8 minutes).
Snowmobile trails:
The best place for snowmobile trails snowmobile (west-east and north-south) is from the Clermont arena and trailer parking is free.We love this place because when we get off the slopes, when returning to the chalet, we have grocery stores and the SAQ nearby to buy good wine and good food, all to be enjoyed in a most comfortable and warm setting decorated with a fireplace and beautiful ambient music.
