Villa Jeanne located in St-Irénée in the magnificent Charlevoix region has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers high-end chef cuisine (08). It is with enthusiasm and excitement that we are ready to welcome you from January 2020.

. We have deployed all our efforts and our passion for the art of living in order to make you live a memorable experience in an intimate environment in symbiosis with nature.

All your senses will be engaged from the first steps in this luxurious villa offering a breathtaking view of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This refuge with refined design dedicated to the sweetness of life will enchant you, because here the nature puts in full view, whatever the season.

This villa was designed entirely for travelers. The villa offers high-end equipment and complete inventories in the kitchen. Indeed, you will find olive oil, 20 kinds of spices and herbs, flour, trash bag, capsules for the dishwasher, laundry soaps and fabric softeners for laundry, aluminum foil and plastic wrap.You will also have access to several kitchen equipment, such as fondue pan, raclette, muffin cups, pizza plate, rolling pin, food processor, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo capsule), filter coffee machine (coffee not included) ), various serving dish, cocktail shaker, ice bucket, recipe book, utensils and cutlery, basic cleaning products, sweeper, first aid kit, as well as many others. In addition to the bedding, we have provided slippers, bathrobes and towels for the spa . Everything is there for you to have a pleasant stay!

Activities and tourist attractions:

Enjoy the fresh air and views of the river. At your feet a multitude of trails in the heart of nature particularly numerous in the region. You can go whale watching, go kayaking or go to Saint-Irénée beach for a horse ride in summer.You can take out your snowshoes or take advantage of the proximity of the outdoor center Les Sources Joyeuses (8 minutes), Mont Grand-Fonds which is only a few minutes by car, without forgetting the Massif de la Petite-Rivière-St-François for skiing and sledding. Discover the surrounding restaurants, the casino (10 minutes), the art galleries and enjoy the music concerts of Domaine Forget (8 minutes).

Ce chalet neuf est tout simplement construit avec un design exemplaire, une propreté rare, nous voyageons souvent et nous sommes ébahis de ce chalet .

Les vues magnifiques !! Un confort absolu, cuisine de chef , équipements abondants , c est tout simplement un 10/10!! de plus les gens de ce chalet ont été très à l'écoute de nos besoins . Nous le recommandons sans hésiter merci a bientôt -Jean Marc

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

OCCUPANCY

During the night, the house cannot be occupied by more people than the number registered in the contract and / or the maximum number that covers the costs of your stay. Notify the owner of any change to this effect. This number must be respected. The safety, comfort and well-being of the occupants are at stake. Any deviation will be reported to the owner, and an amount of $ 200 per person may be retained from the security deposit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The tenant must notify the owner of any BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE caused during his stay.

The tenant is responsible for material and bodily damage occurring in or on the building rented during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except for damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the owner's home insurance policy.The tenant and any other person on the leased premises agree to keep the owner free and unharmed from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

The tenant agrees to hand over the building rented at the end of its rental period in the same condition as when it arrived. The tenant is responsible for breakages caused by his personal facts and those of the people who accompany him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

The tenant s undertakes to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. It should stick to a reasonable noise level, both indoors and outdoors. After 11 a.m., noise must be reduced to a minimum, especially outside.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The owner ensures that the leased establishment has a classification certificate issued by the Corporation of the tourism industry in Quebec in accordance with the Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments and still in force.

The owner cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the tenant's fault, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the tenant and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the establishment.

The owner cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of property of the tenant or his guests during the stay.

SPECIAL CLAUSE (S)

- Put into practice the instructions related to the use of the SPA so that when you leave the water is suitable for swimming as for your arrival. Additional fees may be required if this is not the case.

-Furthermore, fees may be added if the condition of the building (cleaning extra) requires excessive time for delivery

Recommendations on departure

Return the building to the same condition as it was at arrival (except cleaning).

Make sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked. We ask you that:

The dishes are washed.

The waste is deposited in the green bin and recycling in the blue bin or as indicated in your rental contract.

The fireplace or wood stove be extinguished, if applicable.

Make sure the spa cover is properly replaced, as is the strap.

If you used the outdoor bbq, please clean it, close the propane tank well and make sure that the protective cover is in place.

A check will be made after the tenants have left by the maintenance team, for breakages, lack of equipment or unusual cleaning to be done.
