The Villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to an additional Murphy bed in the intimate yoga room, for a fee of $35/person/night. We are enthusiastic and look forward to welcoming you.

This magnificent house is a place of relaxation and peace. We want epicurean people who love beauty and who will treat our house as their own and respect its environment and the neighborhood. Note: Loud music outside the home is unacceptable. And no music outside from 9 p.m., the curfew is fixed at 11 p.m. No party is allowed in this place.

The Villa is located next to the free performance halls of the casino (5 km from the property). We have advantageous packages for various excursions,
sports, gourmet and entertainment activities.
The villa is also located in the heart of a prestigious resort area where there are many outdoor activities.When you leave the Hameau du Cap-Blanc estate in St-Irénée, you are also 5 km from shops - restaurants - hospitals - pharmacy - grocery store - bakery - local products. There are also prestigious golf clubs near the estate, an equipment rental center and snowmobile and dog sledding trails. Alpine skiing and cross-country skiing enthusiasts will also be delighted.

Enjoy the clean air and views of the river. At your feet a multitude of paths in the heart of nature, particularly numerous in the region. You can go whale watching, go kayaking or go to Saint-Irénée beach for a horseback ride in summer.You can take out your snowshoes or take advantage of the proximity of the Outdoor Center Les Sources Joyeuses (8 minutes), of Mont Grand-Fonds which is only a few minutes away by car, without forgetting the Massif de la Petite-Rivière-St-François for skiing and sledding. Discover the restaurants in the area, the casino (10 minutes), the art galleries and enjoy the music concerts at Domaine Forget (5 minutes).
Snowmobile trails:

The best location for the snowmobile trails (west-east and north-south) is from the Clermont arena and trailer parking is free. We like this place because when we leave the slopes, when we return to the chalet, we have the grocery stores and the SAQ nearby to get good wine and good food, all to be enjoyed in a most comfortable and warm decor decorated with a fireplace and beautiful background music.
