The space
The house is located in the heart of Charlevoix, with a majestic view of the St. Lawrence River and close to sports and cultural activities.
The view is breathtaking and the spa is perfectly located on the covered terrace to enjoy this magnificent view of the river! The house is very well equipped and which is ideal for a family.
For those who know the Villa de la Falaise, We have made a new design with a new dining room see the photos since May 15, 2022 .
Enjoy the clean air and sea views, nature trails especially plentiful in the area, go whale watching, go kayaking and go to St-Irénée beach to a horseback ride in summer, take out your snowshoes or take advantage of the proximity of the Outdoor Center Les Sources Joyeuses (10 minutes), Mont Grand-Fonds a few minutes by car and the Massif (50 minutes) of the Petite-rivière for skiing and sledding, discover the restaurants in the area, the casino (10 minutes) and the art galleries; enjoy the music concerts at Domaine Forget (5 minutes). The best place for snowmobile trails ( west-east and north-south) east from the Clermont Arena and trailer parking is free.We like this place because when we leave the slopes, when we return to the chalet, we have the grocery stores and the SAQ nearby to get good wine and good food, all to be enjoyed in a most comfortable and warm decor decorated with a fireplace and beautiful background music. Here, we savor life. Enjoy your stay!

There is an indoor gas fireplace.
The view is breathtaking and the spa is perfectly located to take advantage of this magnificent view of the river! The house is very well equipped and the rooms are very large, which is ideal for a family.
Keurig and Nespresso Vertuoline coffee machine, bring the large Nespresso capsules, toaster, fondue pan, raclette, games included and more.
The chalet contains 3 bedrooms with 3 beds for 6 people. We can facilitate the reception of two additional people by adding certain equipment and this, at an additional cost. $35/ night/ pers. for 8 people max. It is a double sofa bed which is located in the reception room on the ground floor.
As I really like to cook, I leave spices, olive oil and other basic foodstuffs behind.
A catalog will be on the kitchen counter. It will contain instructions for use, codes, etc.
