The house is located in the heart of Charlevoix, with a majestic view of the St. Lawrence River and close to sports and cultural activities.

The view is breathtaking and the spa is perfectly located to enjoy this magnificent view of the river! The house is very well equipped and the rooms are very large which is ideal for a family.

It is less than 5 km from the Casino, the beach of St-Irénée and is 40 minutes from the slopes of Le Massif. For golf lovers, the villa is located 5 km from the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Golf Club and the largest spa centre in Charlevoix l'Amerispa. In addition, you can benefit from a discount of $25/person with the purchase of massage or other treatments.

We can facilitate the reception of two additional people by adding some equipment, and this, for an additional fee.

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage


During the night, the house can not be occupied by more people than the number registered in the contract and / or the maximum number that covers the cost of your stay. Notify the owner of any changes thereto. This number should be respected. So is safety, comfort and well-being of occupants. The lessee agrees to return the building leased at the end of the rental period in the same condition as arrival. The tenant is responsible for breakage caused by personal facts and those people who accompany and will receive a bill for any damage to property (except normal wear places).

The tenant s' agrees to comply with reasonable rules of conduct and do not disturb the neighbors and area residents. He will stick to a reasonable level of noise, and, both inside and out. After 11 h, the noise must be minimized especially outdoors.


The owner ensures that the property leased holds a classification certificate issued by the Corporation of the tourist industry of Quebec pursuant to the Tourist Establishments Act and still in force.
