In summer, in order to spend beautiful days at the beach, you will have at your disposal: trolley on wheels, parasol, beach chairs and cooler. At the end of the day, what could be better than going to Domaine Forget, just at the top of the small mountain and overlooking the river, a world-class acoustic room and its art sculpture gardens. Several hiking trails nearby.
For more lively evenings, the unmissable Casino de Charlevoix is a few minutes from the chalets with its restaurant and bars at the water's edge.
In winter, you can find nearby cross-country ski trails, snowshoe trails, snowmobile trails, the largest outdoor center Les Sources Joyeuses and not the least, Mont Grand Fonds for skiing. alpine this one also a few minutes from the chalets.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COEUR DE LA PLAGE CHALET HAS only 2 parking spaces.
Inquire at Domaine Forget accepts overnight parking upon prior request.
(09 ) no overnight parking on the Chemin des Bains in front of the beach, unless you request it from the Ministry of Transport beforehand.
The gourmet tourist route of Charlevoix runs along the chalet right next to the beach . You will find at a walking distance, a pedestrian path to go in the gardens and admire the coastal landscape and the mountains of the Forget domain and it's free.
Possibility of taking the Charlevoix train from the Quebec City in the summer and to come to the chalet. The station is a few minutes walk from the chalet.

Where is the accommodation
Saint-Irénée, Quebec, Canada
We are located at the foot of du Domaine Forget which offers a very varied program of shows and concerts every year. Famous for its classical music festival with its masterclasses and student concert absolutely free. In the evening, excellent paying concerts are offered.
The train from Charlevoix goes back and forth between Quebec and La Malbaie every day at different times of the day.
A stop is located nearby, either at the Jetée des capelans (Le quai) and for an affordable amount: $45 in (2019). You can make a round trip from Saint Irénée des Bains to Baie-St-Paul and tour the galleries.
Whether by bike or car, go around the island and discover a place unique in its landscapes and culture. You will also be able to see a magnificent sunset during your journey!
