The dates cannot be changed. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the stay. Full payment is required for reservations made less than 30 days prior to the occupancy date. A payment without funds or the refusal of a credit card automatically results in the cancellation of the reservation.
The term "tenant" can designate one or more persons of all kinds, as well as one or more individuals or corporate entities. If several people are designated TENANT in this contract, each of them is jointly and severally liable to honor the obligations towards the owner, as stipulated here. Together, the occupants are responsible for paying the cost of the rental. The tenant is responsible for the conduct of all occupants as well as for the application of the rules of the property.
A security deposit of $ 300 may be charged to your credit card. The sum will be returned to you in full, maximum one week after your stay, if all the conditions of the contract have been met. THE TENANT AGREES, for the benefit of all, that the maintenance staff can work on the property, inside or outside (in the case of breakage or regular maintenance, for example).
The tenant accepts:
a) Not to sublet the property under any circumstances. b) To respect the maximum number of people indicated in the contract, including children, at all times. c) To ensure that the property remains clean and habitable throughout the stay. Upon departure: wash the dishes or put them in the dishwasher and start it up, empty the fridge, clean the microwave, the coffee maker, the counters. Make sure the property is in the same order as on arrival. d) Behave in such a way as not to cause damage to the property and its furnishings. e) Avoid moving furniture pieces to respect the decor created by the owners. f) Do not install a tent, trailer tent, camper or rv on the premises.
Failure to comply with the obligations mentioned in the previous paragraphs could result in the cancellation of this contract and in an immediate explusion of the tenants of the rented property. No reimbursement of rental fees, administration fees or security deposit will then be possible. These sums will be considered as compensation to defray the costs of repairs and the losses incurred.
An administration fee equivalent to 30% plus tax of the total rental amount will be imposed in the event of a cancellation or reduction in the length of stay. Full payment (less administration fees) will be refunded to the tenant if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the start of the stay. If the cancellation request is made less than 30 days before the occupancy date, no refund is possible.
In case of covid-19 restrictions
if there is a travel ban imposed by the government for the dates of your stay:
We will propose to postpone the stay no later than 12 months following the initial planned reservation date and you can apply the amount paid in credit when renting the same chalet or another if it is not available on the dates requested. The dates of the stay will be released to allow relocation to a group that meets the Government's requirements for the region in question.
Option B) (As a last resort)
It will be possible to request a full refund if there is an interregional travel ban or a rental ban issued by the government.
