Terms and Conditions of the Cottage
20% of the rental cost is required when booking and the remainder of the rental balance is payable thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the stay.

Cancellation:

If the cancellation notice is received more than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the 20% deposit will be retained. If payment was made by check, post-dated checks for the balance on the rental will be returned.

No refund possible if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of stay. ( 09)

COVID-19

In case of closure of the region or the requested stop of tourist rentals we will refund all of your payments.
