Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

20% of the cost of the rental is required when booking and the rest of the balance of the rental is payable thirty (30) days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay.

Cancelation :

If the cancellation notice is received more than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the 20% deposit will be retained. If payment was made by check, post-dated checks for the rental balance will be returned.

No refund possible if the cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the stay.

COVID-19: If the region closes or tourist rental becomes prohibited, we will refund all of your payments.
