Fully equipped, this chalet built in 2017 offers all the necessary comfort to travelers, in a rustic decor and cared for in the tranquility of nature. 5 minutes from downtown Baie-St-Paul and 20 minutes from Le Massif, you are in the very heart of the Charlevoix region. You will also have access to a nature park with its trails and a play area for adults and children. Are you ready to live Charlevoix?

The accommodation is ideal for a family of 2 adults 4 children, 4 adults and 2 children, but it is a bit small for 6 adults.

Le chalet is equipped with a spa for up to 6 people. The beds are very cozy, to spend beautiful nights surrounded by nature. Bedding and towels are provided and no need to clean, everything is included with your rental. In addition the villa is now air conditioned, for more comfort in summer and winter.

The villa offers all the basic necessities for the kitchen and is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. For the kitchen, we offer a wide range of equipment plus a fondue stove and a raclette stove. You have access to a Wifi network, a small stereo and the television offering Netflix.

The whole chalet is yours and you have access to Laure-Conan Park and its nature trails as well as the Village park with its facilities for family wood fires, swinging, playing pétanque, etc. For children we have play modules and a house perched in the trees.
