In the situation where the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems with the building (water, electricity, etc.), the Lessor's responsibility would be limited to the cost of the rental . 2. Building regulations: use of rented premises and responsibilities of the tenant
Arrival time: 4:00 p.m. Arrival time may be advanced with permission from the owner.Following the reservation, an email will be sent to you with the agreement for your arrival.
Departure time: 11:00 am. Departure time may be extended with permission from the owner. Please make sure to lock all windows and doors.
Any late departure will incur a charge of $ 50 per hour after 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing on this contract.
The Tenant is responsible for material damage occurring in or on the rented building, on the land, buildings on the same land and property on both outside and inside the building during the rental period, and this, for any reason whatsoever, except for damages resulting from construction faults, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters. The Tenant agrees to keep the Landlord leaving and free from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which he is responsible.

The Tenant agrees to respect the rented premises and to put them back in the same condition as when it arrived. The furniture and objects available to the Tenant must be treated with care and used only for the use for which they are intended.
The Tenant agrees to use only the leased premises and to respect the spaces neighbors and residents of the area.
The Tenant agrees to comply with reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. The Tenant must keep to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside the unit. After 11 p.m., noise should be reduced to a minimum.
The number of authorized persons per accommodation unit indicated in this contract cannot be exceeded, and this, at any time.

Camping is prohibited. Tents, tent-trailers or trailers are strictly prohibited on the site.
The exterior lights must be limited to the prescribed location. Outdoor lights must be under the constant supervision of a responsible person at all times. They must be extinguished every night before bedtime.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to burn candles in the chalet.

When you leave, please make sure you do not leave any personal items in the chalet.
Please do not leave the chalet with furniture, towels, sheets, pillows, cushions and blankets.

The use of snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles is prohibited.
(09 ) The chalet must be returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness. The Tenant will be held responsible for any breakage or any deterioration of the premises, accessories and equipment, except of course normal wear and tear.
The Tenant cannot be held responsible for any interruption beyond his control of the services electricity and running water.
The Tenant agrees to comply with the rules of the establishment at all times. This commitment also applies to persons accompanying the Tenant and his guests.
In the event of breach of the applicable regulations, the Landlord may terminate the contract unilaterally, without notice or delay. The Landlord will preserve all of the rental proceeds and the Tenant cannot claim any damage or reimbursement from the Landlord.
The establishment can only be rented for holiday purposes.
The Tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental contract or sublet the building.
If the day of departure, the Tenant does not leave the premises at the time indicated (provided for in the contract) , additional charges of $ 50 / hour may apply.
4. Checklist before leaving the premises

Before leaving the premises, the Tenant must ensure that:
a.The dishes are washed.
b. The floors are swept.
c. The wood stove and exterior lights are out.
d. The waste is deposited in the places provided.
e. Windows are closed and locked.
f. The doors to the outside are closed and locked.
If one of the provisions of article 4 of this contract is not respected, an additional fee of $ 50 will be charged to the Tenant as damages liquidated.
