High season from June 1 to October 1, rental is for the week only, from Sunday 4:00 p.m. to the following Sunday 11:00 a.m.
In low season, rental at $200/night for a minimum of two nights during the week. Weekends are $500 (from Friday 4:00 p.m. to Sunday 11:00 a.m.)

The sandy beach is clean, pleasant and only frequented by residents of La Grève de Fatima. The sandy shoals allow swimming and beautiful walks (especially at low tide). The small plot is well laid out, perfect for cooking (BBQ) and eating outdoors

It's a safe bet for a stay in the Trois-Pistols region. We will definitely return!
The owner cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the establishment.
The owner shall not be liable for the theft or loss of the property of the renter or his guests during of the stay.
The tenant must notify the owner of any breakage or damage caused during the stay. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the owner harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.
The lessee undertakes to return the rented building at the end of its rental period in the same condition as when it arrived. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the persons accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).
The tenant agrees to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb the neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 a.m., noise must be kept to a minimum, especially outside.
CONDITIONS
The lessor must be at least 25 years old
The chalet is non-smoking . Additional fees may be requested following non-compliance with the rules. Please also use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the place intended for this purpose.
ANIMALS are not allowed
You are asked to practice all the instructions related to the use of the building which are available on site in the black binder.
If one or other of these conditions is NOT observed during the stay, the owners reserve a right of eviction, without any refund of the stay.

The chalet can only be used for vacation purposes.
No trailer or tent cannot be installed on the ground.
The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental contract or sublet the building.
If the day of departure, the tenant does not leave at the time mentioned (provided for in the contract ), additional charges may apply.

-sanitary paper provided for the beginning of the stay, cleaning products provided for the duration of the stay and personal hygiene products not provided.

-Before leaving, the premises the tenant must ensure that;(09 )
• The dishes are washed
• Throw away everything that is perishable both in the fridge and in the pantry
• Empty the garbage cans and recycling and put the bags in the bins provided outside for this purpose to avoid
odors in the cottage.
• The windows are closed and locked
• The doors leading to the outside are closed and locked.
• Make sure the outdoor fireplace is off
• Clean the bbq, close the propane tank and put on the protective cover
• Please put the used towels
in the bathtub at your( 09)depart.
• Do not unpack the beds! Leave as is!
The cleaning team will take care of the bedding.
-Payment-
50% of the payment is required at the time of the reservation and confirms it.( 09)The rest of the amount must be sent 1 month before arrival.
