Small, warm and spacious house located right next to the Le Petit Témis cycle path, in the DOWNTOWN of the Cabano district in Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac. In the intimate courtyard, you can relax to the sound of the fountain or around the outdoor propane fireplace. You will also have access to a BBQ. The house is perfect for telecommuting with its small office area and you will have access to unlimited WiFi.

For relaxation, Hélix is available on the two televisions located in the living room and in the master bedroom. There is also a library of DVD films for the nostalgic and for those who love reading, there is a little book corner where you can take some for free and leave some if you feel like it.

The house is located near Lake Témiscouata, the marina and the beach. The bike path is only a few pedal strokes away, the shuttle to the magnificent Lac Témiscouata National Park is only a few minutes away and Fort Ingal and the Aster observatory are also nearby.It is possible to have a good meal in one of the restaurants or pubs within walking distance as well as to shop in several shops. Other attractions for vacationers, including a golf course, are located close to the house. Mountain bike enthusiasts will also be well served with the trails passing nearby. **Charging station for electric vehicles at 0.5 km**
