The maximum authorized person capacity is 4 people. It is your responsibility to notify the owner of an additional person. Failure to disclose the information doubles the amount of per additional person fee that will be under drawn from your security deposit. Eviction from the premises may be considered for breach of the rules of Chalets BSL.

Establishment policies
During high season, rentals start on Sundays 4 p.m. and end on Sundays 11 a.m. (7 nights). Holiday season may differ check with owners.
During the low season, rental periods may vary. Contact us to see our availability.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% deposit. The balance is due a minimum of 30 days before the start of the stay.
1) Payment by check, bank transfer or Paypal:return in the same mail this document signed with the two payments (1 as of today, the 2nd post-dated 30 days before the start of the stay).
2) A deposit of $ 500.00 is requested by check, bank transfer or Interac and will be cashed in case of breakage or other. The check can be destroyed or returned once the inspection is done after your rental, or returned by transfer. We ask you to give us 24 to 48 hours to process the reimbursement.
Please note: You agree to put the premises back in a good state of cleanliness. We reserve the right to charge you for any expense incurred to repair damage to property caused by your negligence or MALCHANCE. The commitment may exceed your security deposit of $ 500
