The maximum capacity of authorized person is 4 people. It is your responsibility to notify the owner of a new person. Failure to disclose the information doubles the amount of additional per person charges that will be deducted from your security deposit. Expulsion from the premises may be considered for failure to comply with the rules of Chalets BSL.

Establishment policies
During high season, rentals begin on Sundays at 4 p.m. and end on Sundays at 11 a.m. (7 nights). Holiday season may differ check with owners.
During low season, rental durations may vary. Contact us to see our availability.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% deposit. The balance is due a minimum of 30 days before the start of the stay.
1) Payment by check, bank transfer or Paypal:return this signed document with the two payments in the same shipment (1 dated today, the 2nd post-dated 30 days before the start of the stay).
2) A deposit of $500.00 is requested by bank transfer or Interac. We ask that you give us 24 to 48 hours to process the refund.
Warning: You agree to return the premises to a clean state. We reserve the right to charge you for any expense incurred to repair damage to the property caused by your negligence or BAD LUCK. The commitment may exceed your $500 security deposit
