Cottage Description

It is near the small lake that rests Neigette Le Chalet du Neigette. Comfortable and easily accessible throughout the year, Le Chalet du Neigette includes 2 closed bedrooms, a cozy living room, a dining room and a well equipped open plan kitchen. The bathroom, new, is fitted with a shower and a washer-dryer. Capacity of 6 people. An inflatable mattress can be requested. No smoking, pets not allowed. Bedding included. Open all year.

In order to enjoy the outdoors, chairs, deck, BBQ new fall 2016, fireplace and patio set are at your service. Swimming interests you? So feel free to dive into the lake, virgin motorboat. And in the evening, listen carefully. The hushed discourses owls and loons will color the evening, before you slip under the cozy duvet based on new mattresses (Fall 2016).

Minutes of the trail Quads and snowmobiles, Mt. -Saint-Mathieu (ski, golf, beach) and 15 minutes from St-Fabien and Bic Park.Cross country skiing (near run), snowshoeing (nearby trail), hiking trails, mountain biking or road as possible.

Thank you very much for introducing us to this charming region. It is true that being on the edge of a lake while being near the river is literally something that I completely discovered for the first time. An enchanting site that completely takes us out of our daily hunt! I hope to be able to buy something in the area in the future. Thank you for making us discover this little corner of paradise :)

Very clean and well located chalet. The site is even more beautiful than in the photos!

Terms and Conditions of the Cottage
* Minimum rental period. 3 nights and more

Reservations are accepted for a night in low season (before June 1 and after October 1) or when the cottage is not booked less than 3 weeks before the requested date.

Arrival at 16h and departure before 11am.

You must provide: Condiments, sanitary towels

Collection / keys. To take possession of your key, please arrange directly with the owner

. PAYMENT OPTIONS

the reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit of 50% of the total rental cost. The balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment by checks or money orders, or via bank transfer.

No cancellation of stay or early departure from the chalet will be refunded unless it is a case of force majeure initiated by the owner himself, and being out of control. Insurance coverage is available to cover these risks and they are suggested.

An additional $ 100 will be temporarily charged the full cost of the rental.You must pay this amount along with the lease payment. This amount of $ 100 will be refunded by the owner after your stay if the tenant did not commit any major breakage, theft, and if housekeeping performed at the start of the tenant to the owner's satisfaction.
