50% of the rental cost is required when booking by direct deposit (refundable up to 30 days before the start of the stay). The balance of the rental (50% of the cost) as well as the security deposit ($500) is payable no later than one week (7 days) preceding the start date of the stay.

The security deposit of $500 is required as a security deposit for breakage and damage. This deposit will be returned if everything is in accordance with the Tenant's departure. In the event of a minor breakage, an amount equivalent to the value of the breakage or damage will be charged if necessary.

Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the stay: Full refund.
Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay: the deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is kept by the Lessor.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay: The total amount of the rental is retained by the Landlord and the security deposit of $500 is returned to the Tenant.
In the situation where the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems at the building (water, electricity, etc.), the liability of the Lessor would be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days would then be refunded, but no additional compensation would be granted.
Reservations are only official upon receipt of the deposit.
For stays of one week in high season , arrival will be on Sunday from 4:30 p.m. and departure on Sunday no later than 10:30 a.m.

Pets are strictly prohibited.
In the event of exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed (more than 6 people) or the presence of animals during the stay, an additional amount will be charged.
Tents and recreational vehicles are not allowed on the property.
Parties and gatherings of more than 6 people are prohibited, an additional penalty will be charged in the event of a breach of condition.
