During his stay, the tenants responsible for the cleanliness of the premises and its contents. Any breakage and damage will be replaced by the landlord at the tenant's expense.

The tenant must inform the owner of any damage or anomaly before his departure.

Before leaving ensure that:

The dishes are washed

The fridge is empty

The garbage cans are emptied in the bins outside

The sheets and towels are in the laundry room.
