This fully equipped country home is located directly on the shore of beautiful Lake Pohénégamook and has access to a private beach and dock. Terms and Conditions of the Cottage

The tenant who becomes aware of a defect or breakage during his stay must immediately notify the maintenance manager. The house as well as the furniture and other accessories should only suffer from depreciation from the normal use for which they are intended. Any misuse or other than the normal wear and tear of the building or the goods covering it, causing stains, breakage or defect, will be repaired or replaced entirely at the tenant's expense. This also applies to linens, towels, curtains, sheets, bedspreads and the building in general.

The tenant agrees to use the furniture and objects furnishing the building rented to the use for which they are intended and in the places where they are found. It is strictly forbidden to transport them out of the house or to move them from their original space.

The tenant is responsible for the keys given to him. In the event of loss, a $ 25 cash charge will be required.

The tenant will have to refrain from throwing in the wash-hand basins, sinks, wash-houses, toilets, baths and showers of objects likely to obstruct the drains, failing which, the expenses caused for the putting back into service will be entirely with his charge.

The planned number of people living in the house for the duration of the rental is limited to the number of 11. Failure to comply with the maximum allowed could result in the end of the stay and the loss of the security deposit. A group of young adults only, all must be 21 years of age or older.

The owner may inspect the premises without notice. If the tenant fails to comply with the regulations and conditions, the owner reserves the right to evict the tenant and the occupants immediately. In addition, for non-compliance with the regulations and conditions, the owner will keep any amount that has been paid to him.

The tenant must let the urgent work necessary to keep the rented premises in good condition and household equipment.

For questions of insurance, hygiene and allergies, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house and no animals are allowed. In addition, all weapons, including pellet rifles and all drugs are prohibited.

Outdoor fires are prohibited except for the designated place. It is forbidden to cut trees or branches to make a fire, only the wood provided and branches already on the ground can be used. In addition, any deterioration of the land or its development by the tenant or his guests will be redeveloped entirely at the tenant's expense. Fireworks and / or the installation of campsites are prohibited.

The owner assumes no responsibility for damage, loss or theft with regard to the personal belongings of the tenant and his guests.

The owner can not at any time be held responsible for an accident that occurred on the leased premises. In addition, those accompanying children will have full responsibility for their well-being during the rental stay.The tenant releases the owner from all responsibilities.

'Parties', large receptions, commercial activities and any outside music or noise are prohibited. The goal is to vacation for the rest, comfort, tranquility so desired, as well as the safety of all.

The owner assumes no responsibility for any interruption outside of his control of electricity service, satellite transmission , cable, and telephone. As for any nuisance in the sector.

No RV or tent are allowed on the ground.
