Bel Air Tremblant Resort & Residences, a residential and leisure project of 543 acres, offers the population the possibility to enjoy Mont-Tremblant's natural surroundings. "What we want is to preserve and respect the environment while benefiting from its healthy activities," claim the project's initiators. As you will have guessed, the proximity to one of the most popular mountains in eastern North America attracts outdoor enthusiasts. Also, beyond this significant advantage is a unique concept: the creation of a modern and mixed community.
Bel Air Tremblant Resort & Residences has two hubs: a commercial district and a residential area, making it the only mixed project (residential and leisure rental) approved for short-term rentals. On the one hand, the 119-acre resort area will house a village with 90 mini lofts, where 8 have already been built, and the 9,000-square-foot Clubhouse on which the final touch will be applied. On the other hand, the residential section offers the possibility to build on 140 lots of different sizes ranging from ¾ acre to 5 acres.
Some of these resort homes can be sold to individuals with the opportunity to manage them through Bel Air's flexible rental program and thus generate significant revenues. While future homeowners have the option of building their dream home or choosing one of the 16 models Bel Air offers, future investors can also order a Miniloft built according to their tastes for rental. "We have created areas that bring similar-sized houses and cottages together in order to maintain homogeneity and harmony," say the promoters.
The facilities offered to the community are intended for both residents and guests. In the heart of Bel Air resort, the Clubhouse and swimming pool offer a range of facilities such as a spa, a fitness center, a massage room, a swimming pool as well as some activities like tennis, yoga, archery, and an unlimited access to nature. The site will also provide outdoor enthusiasts with 8 km of nature trails for walking, cycling, jogging and snowshoeing. The lake is also an integral part of the site and can be used for water sports like canoeing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. A small farm and an equestrian center are also part of the plans.
